Workplace Mediation

We offer impartial, non-judgemental mediation, either on a co-mediation or individual mediation basis.  

The aim of workplace mediation is to calmly settle any inhouse disputes between parties, this maybe individuals or groups of employees.

The work place can often be a highly charged and emotive environment with many personalities, ideas and bureaucracies often at odds with one another.  It is little wonder that conflicts arise. These conflicts can have a very negative effect on the work environment, leading to stress, poor performance and loss of revenue.

Mediation maybe required if one or more employees believes they have been subjected to: 

  • Work place bullying

  • Poor management

  • Poorly defined job roles

  • Lack of necessary training

  • Feeling of unfairness or unequal opportunities
