Julie McBride

Julie works part-time as an Executive Coach and Mediator

Julie’s background is as an Account Executive in advertising agencies.  Julie took a sabbatical from the corporate world during which time she ran a small holding and looked after her children in an era when advertising executives were mainly men and maternity leave was unheard of.   Re-joining the corporate world she ran a management consultancy offering commercial and administrative services to start ups and small companies on a global basis.  During this time she gradually implemented a mentoring programme to members of staff and clients alike.  Having enjoyed the mentoring, she trained as a psychotherapist, then a mediator and executive coach.

Julie comes to the coaching world with a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, identifying corporate and individual goals and helping companies and employees alike achieve those goals.  She has first- hand experience in transitioning into different career paths and a special interest in helping employees and companies alike deal with change. As a trained mediator, Julie is well experienced to deal with conflict.
