Nicola works as a Personal Coach, Executive Coach and Mediator.
After leaving university in 2002 with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Nicola started her career in the finance sector before heading to work within the management consultancy sphere. In 2004, she backed up her consultancy work by studying for a diploma in Psychology, with special interest in organisational commitment and job satisfaction within the finance and health industries.
Over the last decade, Nicola has worked as a coach and consultant to numerous individuals, businesses, start ups, executives and entrepreneurs in the US, the Middle East and the UK. The work has been varied from coaching CEOs and other senior level executives at large multinational corporations, to working with small start ups looking to gain the most from their staff, as well as coaching stay-at-home parents, students and retirees.
In 2014, Nicola gained a MSc in Organisational Behaviour/Occupational Psychology and further studied for a Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a trained Mediator.
Nicola now lives Kent with her partner and her children, and works in London and the South-East, helping individuals and organisations achieve their maximum potential, resolve conflict and bring about a stronger and more cohesive personal and work environment.
