Men and relationships
''THE WAY YOU TREAT ANY RELATIONSHIP IN THE FAMILY WILL ULTIMATELY AFFECT EVERY RELATIONSHIP IN THE FAMILY''
One of the greatest relationship myths I have encountered is that women are more open to intimacy than men. In contrast to this belief, research has found that:
Generally, men apply higher standards of ''feeling safe'' before they'll reveal themselves. Research has found that ''where men and women feel safe from conflict early in their relationship, their communication in terms of intimacy tends to be equivalent'' (1)
Do you feel that having an understanding of your personal ''safety zone'' will help to create greater intimacy within your relationships?

Separation and Relationship Breakdown
Sometimes, it may be discovered that the only way forward is to move ourselves away from a relationship that is making us unhappy. Other times, the other people in our lives make that decision for us. This can be an incredibly painful experience.
Surviving a relationship break up takes great determination, courage and strength. During this time, you may need support in letting go of the relationship. NJ Coaching can help by listening to how you are feeling, and trying to make sense of the confusion.
I can help you to accept the things that you can't change, and to learn from your experiences within that relationship. Gradually, you will recognise that you may now have new values and new goals to aim towards.
I will help you to identify these, to help create a new, different, and exciting future. Relationship breakdown is extremely tough, but ultimately, can bring incredible change, growth and improvement to your life.
